Frequently asked questions
I already use a booking app. Do I have to switch?
No. The AI assistant books into the calendar you already run the business from, whether that is your booking app or a shared Google calendar. We connect it during setup and test a real booking with you before it takes its first call. What changes is that the phone, the chat and the reminders are now handled, not that you learn a new system.
Can clients ask for a specific stylist or therapist?
Yes. It knows each practitioner’s services and hours, offers the next time with the person they ask for, and remembers the preference for next time. If that person is full it offers the next available with them before suggesting someone else.
How does it cut no-shows?
A confirmation text the day before that takes a yes, a reschedule or a cancel, a reminder an hour out, and a waitlist that is offered any slot that opens. A cancellation at 10:45 is usually refilled before the 11:00 chair goes empty. Your cancellation policy is stated in the confirmation, in the words you choose.
What about a med spa — can it answer treatment questions?
It answers what you tell it: what a treatment is, how long it takes, what it costs, and what a consultation involves. It never gives medical advice or says whether a treatment is right for someone — that stays with your nurse or physician — and it says so, then books the consultation. Health details it collects are kept in a Canadian data region.
