We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. Specifically, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and engagement, and Supabase to handle form submissions and our website visit tracking. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiries, deliver and improve our services, send you relevant updates if you have subscribed, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate (such as Google and Supabase, named above), and only to the extent needed to provide our services. Where a provider stores data outside Quebec or Canada, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives adequate protection.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Contact and project records are typically retained for the duration of our relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights Under Quebec Law 25
If you are a Quebec resident, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) gives you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected, to withdraw your consent to its use, and to request its deletion (subject to our legal obligations).
