How it fits

A Tuesday in March at the firm, with all of it switched on.

Not a feature list. The same day you already have, with the parts you don’t get paid for handled. Every step says which service does it.

7:50 AM

A new business owner calls before the office opens. They are booked.

The agent answers in their language, asks whether the company is incorporated and when its year ends, books a review meeting and emails the document checklist.

10:20 AM

Forty clients still owe slips. The reminders go out by text.

The CRM knows which documents are in and which are missing, and the text agent asks for exactly what is outstanding, with a link to upload it.

2:15 PM

Three lines ring during a filing. All three are answered.

One asks whether their return is filed, one wants to move a meeting, one is a new payroll client. Nobody hears a voicemail, and each file owner gets a text with the summary.

6:30 PM

A client asks about a CRA letter after hours. The agent takes it properly.

It does not guess at tax advice. It records the letter’s date and reference, tells the client when their accountant will call, and texts the file owner the details.

9:10 PM

The website chat signs up a bookkeeping client.

A café owner on the couch asks what monthly bookkeeping costs and what it includes, gets straight answers, and books a call from their phone.

All season

Deadlines are chased, meetings are confirmed, and new clients find you.

Instalment and filing reminders at the dates you set, the meeting reminder the day before, and a site that loads in under three seconds when someone searches “accountant near me”.

Every client call, answered

Your AI receptionist answers while you are in a client file.

  • Answers every line, even in April

Three clients call during a filing and each gets a calm, professional answer in their language, with the question logged for whoever handles the file.

  • Qualifies and books

It asks the intake questions you set — entity type, year end, bookkeeping status — books the review meeting and sends the document checklist before the caller hangs up.

  • Handles the “where is my refund” call

It answers the questions you give it — what is filed, what is outstanding, what to bring — and texts the file owner anything it cannot answer, so nobody waits on hold in March.

The CRM

Booking the meeting is the easy part. The missing slips are the CRM.

You already keep a client record. The CRM is the one that chases the documents, confirms the meetings and reminds the client of the instalment, without anyone at the desk remembering to.

  • Every call, chat, form and meeting in one place, with the entity, the year end and what the client said they need.

  • A document checklist per client, and a reminder that asks only for what is still missing.

  • Deadline and instalment nudges on the dates you set, in the client’s language.

  • Meeting reminders the day before and an hour out, and one screen for who is still outstanding.

What we measured

76%

of accounting firm websites take more than 4 seconds to show their main content on a phone.

We ran Google’s own PageSpeed test on 5,910 accounting firm websites in Canada and the United States. The average main-content load was 9.2 seconds; Google’s “good” line is 2.5. Accounting sites score better than most industries we measure, and the firm you compete with for a new client is still the one that loads first.

Measured with Google PageSpeed Insights, mobile, October 2026. Largest Contentful Paint, which is the moment the page’s main content appears.

Frequently asked questions

Will it give tax advice to my clients?

No. It answers what you tell it: your services, what a new client should bring, which deadlines apply, and the status of a file you have shared with it. Anything that is a question of tax position or a CRA or IRS letter is taken down with the date and reference and handed to the accountant on the file, and the caller is told when to expect the call back.

Does it work with my practice and calendar software?

It books into the calendar you already run the firm from, whether that is a shared Google or Microsoft calendar or the scheduling tool inside your practice software. We connect it during setup and test a real booking with you before it takes its first client call. Your tax and bookkeeping software stays as it is.

Where does client information go?

Client and meeting records sit in a Canadian data region (Montréal). The voice provider that carries the live call keeps the call transcript in the United States, as most phone systems do, and the agent collects only what your team needs to prepare the meeting — never a SIN, account number or financial figure, which it tells the caller to bring to the meeting instead. Every provider and its location is listed in writing, so you can show it to a client who asks.

Can it handle tax season call volume?

Yes. It answers every line at once, so three clients calling during a filing all get an answer rather than a busy signal, and the volume in March costs no more than the volume in July. Calls it cannot resolve are logged with a summary and texted to the file owner, so your team works through a list rather than a voicemail box.
