Plain answers, fixed fees, and a lawyer who calls back today.
A closing, a separation or a shareholder agreement should not start with a voicemail. The first 20 minutes are free, the fee for the common matters is on this page, and every file has one lawyer’s name on it.

A Tuesday in April at the firm, with all of it switched on.
Not a feature list. The same day you already have, with the parts you don’t get paid for handled. Every step says which service does it.
A buyer calls before the office opens. They are booked and screened.
The agent answers in their language, asks the questions you set, books the consultation and emails the document list. The conflict check is waiting for the desk at 9.
Sixty policies renew next month. The reminders go out by text.
The CRM knows the renewal dates; the text agent reminds each client, takes the questions you have given it answers for, and books the ones who want a review.
Three lines ring during a signing. All three are answered.
One is a new mortgage inquiry, one wants to move a meeting, one is a client asking whether a document arrived. Nobody hears a voicemail, and each file owner gets a text.
A caller with a legal question after hours. The agent takes it properly.
It does not advise. It records what the matter is about, the other party’s name for the conflict check and the deadline, tells the caller when a lawyer will call, and texts the summary.
The website chat books a pre-approval call.
A couple on the couch ask what a pre-approval needs and how long it takes, get straight answers, and book a call for Saturday morning from their phone.
Renewals are chased, closings are confirmed, and new clients find you.
Renewal and deadline reminders at the dates you set, the meeting reminder the day before, and a site that loads in under three seconds when someone searches “real estate lawyer near me”.

screening new clients, 24/7
Your AI receptionist answers while you are in a closing.
Answers every line, even during a closing
Three intake calls land during a signing and each gets a calm, professional answer in the caller’s language, with the matter logged for the right person.
Screens and books
It asks the intake questions you set — matter type, other party, deadline — books the consultation and sends the document list before the caller hangs up. It never gives legal or financial advice.
Keeps the renewal from lapsing
The text agent reminds the client of the policy or mortgage renewal at the dates you set, takes the “call me” reply, and books the review.

Booking the consultation is the easy part. The renewal is the CRM.
You already keep a client file. The CRM is the one that chases the documents, reminds the client of the renewal and confirms the meeting, without anyone at the desk remembering to.
Every call, chat, form and meeting in one place, with the matter, the other party and the deadline.
Renewal reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days, in the client’s language, which is what keeps a policy or a mortgage from walking.
A document checklist per file, and a reminder that asks only for what is still missing.
Meeting reminders the day before and an hour out, and one screen for who is still outstanding.
Five services. Take the ones you need.
Every one has its own page, so you can read the detail before you talk to anyone.
80%
of law, insurance and mortgage websites take more than 4 seconds to show their main content on a phone.
We ran Google’s own PageSpeed test on 15,046 law office, insurance broker and mortgage broker websites in Canada and the United States. The average main-content load was 10.3 seconds; Google’s “good” line is 2.5. Mortgage brokers are the slowest of the three: four in ten score under 50 on mobile. A buyer with a closing in three weeks does not wait — they call the next firm on the list.
Measured with Google PageSpeed Insights, mobile, October 2026. Largest Contentful Paint, which is the moment the page’s main content appears.

Frequently asked questions
Will it give legal or financial advice to callers?
No. It answers what you tell it: your practice areas, what a consultation costs, what to bring, and the status of a file you have shared with it. Anything that is a question of advice is taken down with the matter, the deadline and the other party’s name, and handed to the professional on the file. The caller is told when to expect the call back.
Where does the call transcript live, and who can see it?
Client and meeting records sit in a Canadian data region (Montréal). The voice provider that carries the live call keeps the transcript in the United States, as most phone systems do, and only your firm’s users can read it in the CRM. The agent collects only what intake needs — never a SIN, account number or policy detail, which it asks the caller to bring to the meeting instead. Every provider and its location is listed in writing, so you can show it to a client or your regulator.
Can it run a conflict check?
It collects what a conflict check needs — the caller’s name, the other party, the matter — and queues it for your desk before the consultation is confirmed. The check itself stays with your team: an automated yes on a conflict is not a risk we think a firm should take, so the booking is held as provisional until a person clears it.
Does it work with my practice management software?
It books into the calendar you already run the firm from, whether that is a shared Google or Microsoft calendar or the scheduler inside your practice software. We connect it during setup and test a real booking with you before it takes its first call. Your file, policy and deal software stay as they are.
